Default Welding Schools in around NYC?

I only know of one and that is Apex Technical and they cost an arm and a leg. Hell if I'd rather pay someone to teach me. I just haven't had any luck finding anyone. If anyone knows any schools or anyone that has very good experience with welding, I pay cash... Let me know guys. TIA.

Looking for the same thing in Northern NJ.

I searched on the Bergen County College website, and the same for Union County College, but didn't see anything for welding.

Thanks for the link Chris. Yeah I think that is also a possibility for me to pick up welding 1 next semester. It's not even expensive at all

Will definitely help me for the installs

The welding classes already started. I called them up and they said that the new welding classes will start in February and that the brochure/catalog will be out in December.

Gotta see how the schedule and life is at the time, but I'm definitely thinking I'm joining. Would be cool to see some fellow H-T, HMT guys there.

Later
