I don't get it but almost every friend of mine is having transmission troubles. One buddy of mine, he has an ef also, his third gear pops out when he is turning a hard left for some reason. He wanted to know if anybody in here had any clue why. What is it with third gear?

 

It may have to do with aggressive/careless driving wearing things out faster.

 

Maybe, but what about his problem though?

 

Does his tranny make long whining noises? Is his linkage connected securely?

 

I don't think it makes that noise, but if it did, what would that be?
