I am thinking coilovers, but i do not want to go to low. I just want it to be stiffer, body wise, and not so much spring wise. The roads i drive on are crap. So where are the best deals? Oh i have a 96 rs integra.

well if you're worried about ride-height and want a stiffer chasis, then coi-overs are the way to go... you don't need to worry about height because with real coilovers you can adjust the height to whatever you want it to be and it gives you a good spring rate, and makes the ride more comfortbale

There are several ways to stiffen up the chassis itself. Tear it apart, and use seam-welds everywhere like an ITR. Or weld in a roll cage. Add frame locks. I'm sure there's more.
But whats the point if you're going to be riding around on stock suspension? Sure, you will have minimal chassis flex around the turns, but you'll be rolling like a boat.
