My helm is for 98+, and the right door speaker in my GF's car is blown...the newer ones, you just pop out the cover and unscrew the speaker, can you do this with the older ones (cloth cover), or do i have to take out the entire door panel? It's cold, and i'm too lazy to get up and check Thanks!

 

the cloth cover just covers the same type cover as on the old ones, so just pop it off with a screw driver

huh? piece of cake, popped right off, old speaker out, new speaker in about 30 seconds later. didn't even scratch the plastic or snag the fabric

 

I like to remove the cloth as it looks better IMO.
