Its acually My brothers car. Well you start it and it revs at 3k then drops alittle as it warmsup. all sensors are good and we got a bottom end rebuild kit and the throtle is fine. i just wanted to know if theres anything else it might be.
Its a 88 CRX Si. ill give an update after the rebuild kit is done.

 

check the adjuster on the intake manifold. its right above where the intake connects. I belive if you tighten it to the right the idle will lower

throttle cable probably needs some attention as well
