I'm clueless about audio, but a deal came up from a friend who said he would sell his old system. 2 12" JL Audio W0's in a box and a Kenwood KAC-923 Amp for $200. I looked on eBay and it appears that its a pretty old school set and I could prob get them for a little cheaper than $200. From what I've been reading the Amp sounds really weak, especially for 2 12's. The subs also seem pretty outdated. Any input?

 

its not too bad but KENWOOD amps arent the greatest...and neither are the W0's...they'll sound okay...but id pass if i were you...

 

JL makes great stuff, my sister has 2 12 W0's, they're nice, but yeah i agree with the amp under powering. but you deff wont get a new setup for cheaper.
