CEL code P1164

I got 00 accord lx with cel code P1164. Is it something with emission control? If yes, is it cover CA emission warranty since my car has 44K.

If it's a 4cyl ulev or sulev model it probably needs a new ecu. I would think it should be covered by the emmision warranty. Service bulletin 00-046 gives information on it.
