Well, I have decided that I want to see how much I can pull from her once I get the new Radiator (wife is happy about this, as it is her car). Here is the list of parts I am probably going to order, However, I need help on high compression pistons, rods, bearings etc... I have no idea what sizes to go with, also I want a high reving engine (maybe 9-10,000 if possible)

Have you considered a B-series swap yet?

 

I have been considering that too. How much do you think I could pull, MAX, from a D16? I was looking for the swap, I was thinking maybe a B18 or an H22, but then decided "maybe I will see how mcuh I can pull from the D16, since its my wife's car anyway, she doesnt need what I could do to a Bseries or H22".
