Default Serious Problem with alarm, power locks, windows and clock.

I am not sure if it happened just after the washing the firewall, but the clock no longer shows time, my drivers side controls don't control passenger windows, and power locks only work when car is on, remote no longer opens trunk, unlocks or locks doors, or even panic button doesn't work right now, but passengers can control their own windows.

I believe this was caused from when i was pressure washing the firewall, but i have also just finished removing doors and radio and reinstalling doors and radio.

Since the power windows only work at each door, i am inclined to think that it is a a multicircuit relay that is fried, but i am hoping it is just a fuse!! Your help is greatly appreciated!!!!!
