1991 honda civic hatchback with 1991 integra ls swap professionally done.. ive spent over 1200 dollars in repairs and about 300 dollars in parts.. i want to get a newer car and im selling this as is.. here are the details

good:
-130hp/121 torque Ls engine with 140k miles on it (speedometer reads 170k)
-gutted but i still have all the back interior panels
-new fuel pump
-new battery
-ngk spark plug wires
-new seat covers
-new timing belt
-new camshaft and crankshaft seals
-runs good and able to be driven home
-new air filter
-recent oil change
-scrubbed the interior clean, still needs to be finished painting
-primered black ready for paint job
-c/d player

bad:
-needs smog and
registration
-dings and dents
-no a/c
-interior is halfway finished painted if youd like to keep uncarpeted for the racecar feel

ill throw in the haynes repair manual with the car and i still have all the interior panels and back seats.. i just threw them out because i wanted to clean the car and decided not to put them back so that the car is lighter and the carpet and all was kinda dirty.. i didnt want to clean them as i had already spent three days just cleaning the interior.. im asking $1300 OBO

90-91 is 130hp,
92-93 is 140hp,
94-01 is 142hp,
