looks like you were running rich or running fuel additives that casued the buildup in the chamber and on the valves. It also looks like you leaking some oil.

Since the head is off, I would replace the valve seals, resurface the head, get a new headgasket, check the block deck surface for flatness, and possibly look into getting a valvejob done; just to cover all areas.

Also check your PCV valve to makesure it hasnt gone bad which can cause it to blow oil all in the IM. Piston Rings could be another possibility.

vavle seals are new , oil is there cause i have the head laying on it side. running rich? more on this please.
