i read the post about putting on the 11.8 front brakes from a euro accord r or cl1. anybody care to give feedback on this? does it increase absolute braking power or just help with fade reduction? is it worth the effort?

Don't do it
More unsprung rotating mass, and braking distance isn't decreased (tire limited in almost all cases). Plus it reduces your wheel selection since the stockers won't fit anymore.
Bigger rotors can take more heat, so fade resistance on a track is improved. Most everyone can get away with the stock R brakes though, when push comes to shove. Upgraded pads and brake fluid do the trick for most people doing HPDE's.

that's what i thought as well, was debating whether the increase in rotating weight was worth the increase in braking. it sure would look impressive behind my 16 inch ssr's though
