only thing i can say is make sure that you are buying an actual gs-r header bc one time a friend of mine bought a header off of ebay for an integra, but the gs ls rs header doesnt fit so be careful!

Wow.....this is one of the most answered questions here. Search.

But first, what is your budget? If you are willing to spend $800+, try looking at these quality headers:

SRZ RACING Official Header Test Thread:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1214415

SRZ RACING Official Header Test Thread Part II:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1269372

If you don't plan on spending that much, do a general search. This has been answered thousands of times.

are u going to be doing any internal stuff or just basic bolt ons? if just bolt ons like header and exhaust i would go for a 4-2-1 SS single piece header, if u planning to change cams and other items go for a 4-1 SS. i have a comptech 4-2-1 SS header with only 6k milies on it with the box, carb stamp, and 6 months of manufacture warrenty! so hit me up

Wow, why r people such dicks??? We were ALL nubs once, how about help out some like we wanted to be helped out when we were nubz? Just saying search doesnt solve anything. Even if you just post a url for a good set of headers how is a nub supposed to understand WHY the headers are good. How about explain what he should look for in a set of headers and then he can be educated and pick a set. And here I thought the n/a forum would be a smaller more friendly forum so I could learn some new stuff w/o reading a bunch of flamming.

I hope you weren't referring to me. Yes I told him to search, however I also directed him to one of the most famous header threads on HT, where each header was tested and results given.

This is also not the N/A forum.

Dude, don't post ur number online like that.....people might just be calling u to **** with u....just a suggession.....as far as header....DC Sports is good 4-1 but there are many more but very expensive.....but if you search "integra header" in the archive, I'm very sure you'll find a lot.....

I have itr valve train & cams with adjustable gears, intake, gsr manifold with no secondary butterflys, obd2 to obd1 jumper with p28 and finally a apexi v-afc. Thanks for trying to find out what I'm doing instead of bashing me. I know a lot of people know more than me, that's why I'm here, I'm sure they were'nt born with this knowledge!

you'll notice a night and day difference once you swtich off that stock header and even exhaust, for something that flows better.... since you live in cali, i'd stick with one of the carb approved headers, ie: Comptech, DC Sports, Greddy....basically your only 3 options, unless people know of other brands with a CARB number on it.
