Default D16Z6 VS B18C1

i was curious of how fast a d16z6 stock can do against a stock b18c1? i'm taking about like a hatch with the d16 and a gsr integra with the b18c1, no swaps.

i don't feel like doing this now but find out the weights of both cars and the horses for the engine and find out how many horses per weight distribution...the one with more horses per weight would be faster

so 125/2500 < 180/3000

check for exact numbers to be sure...those are theoretical..in practice, there are many factors to take into consideration

I believe Motor Trend timed a GSR's 0-60 time in 7.2 seconds...EX at 9.1

shed some lbs for a hatch...but in the end the b18c1 would win no contest.

hope this helps.

I got a D16Z6 in my Sol w/ a CAI and my homie haz a B18C1 in his GSR w/ an Injen Short Ram intake.....neway we raced once off a 15 mph roll, he took me by two cars or more probably I think, dont really remember, he would have taken me by more if there wasn't traffic ahead, but then again I had just gotten my car 2 days prior to that so I was still getting use to the clutch and I had my 200+ pound homie sittin next to me when we raced....neway thought that might help you out with your question...peace
