Default The Many Things I need for my Civc (Rant)

My Civic is in need of many parts (Nothing to major) to fix it up.
It has 170,000 Miles on it. It burns a lot of oil so I know I have to replace some gaskets.
Here is my list of things I need to fix
1. All new shocks/springs ( Need to replace 1 shock 100% but will do all and put on lowering springs at the same time)
2. New Tie Rods
3. New Ball Joints
4. New Rotors/Pads (Already have just need the time to install them)
5. New Brake lines for the front (Already replaced the back)
6. New Gas Tank
7. New Gas lines

That is my list. I am also thinking of Buying a DX motor with about 20,000 Miles on it and rebuilding it, Changing the pistons, valves everything and building it up to have more hp. But thats just a plan in the works.
So I guess I won't be saving up any money, just spending them. Atleast next year when I buy a mint EF I will have certian spare parts
