Hey guys, I just bought some Rota C8's and I want to get a set of new valve stems and lug nuts for them. I have an OEM Studs all aroun don my car. 95' DC2. What would you guys recommend? I was looking at some of the stuff on Honda Tech but I also saw some other stuff. Here is a list of potential ...
Buddy Club
Skunk 2
Zenki
Rays
Muteki
I want that long lug nut look for my wheels. Not the short type. Suggestions?

zenkis are good, but the color fades. someone i know who used to have black zenkis now has greyish zenkis simply because they fade. personally that wouldn't bother me because its not like they turn pink or something. as far as skunk2's... they're the same deal, dunno bout the fading part, but they're quality. buddy clubs will cost you, as well as rays... so if you wanna be a label ***** than go for it. I have the muteki's (i think, i forget)... but they work very well. they're not as light as aluminum extended lug nuts like skunk2 or zenki, but they do the job quite well, and they keep their black coating through all the hard torquing and what not. just don't ever plan on using an impact wrench on any of your choices... for the sake of keeping them looking good and not exploding on you.
as far as DAguyLS "just buy some and use them"...
thats what people did with the kyokugen lug nuts and look what happened to them. many problems with stripping and what not. he just wants to be sure he gets a decent product, he just wants feedback... not this flaming bullshit. you're all wasting more energy typing out all these dead end "answers" than simply typing something like what I typed above or even a simple "this and this is a good lug nut" is much easier. is it so hard to just answer the question?

if you want that extended wheel stud look without having it; this would be it.
