sorry to say, but no it won't. 2 totally different manifold designs, bolt patterns, ect ect. but if you defy convention and try anyway and make it work you will surely be sure to post that **** up in welding/fab forum

ofcourse it will. all b series stuff are interchangeable with d series stuff and the F20C and F22C motors will bolt right up to K20A trannys.
