alright for a while now my car has made a little click sound when i'm slowing down sounding like it's coming from the axles. Not too long ago my car would shake like mad when i accelerate. This means i need new axles doesn't it??? Oh yea i checked motor mounts and they're not the problem

 

Usuallly when you make turns and they make a clicking or thumping sound means there going out. Turn the wheel left and right all the way and drive slowly if they start making any noise out of the ordinary that means there going out. On the acceleration part and shaking i would have no clue never drove on busted axles b4. Check to see if the boots are torn also. Well nevermind your going to replace the whole axle.

 

One more thing check all your steering stuff also:rack pinion and all that stuff also make sure everything on there nice and tight. That can be making that noise also.

 

thats what i was thinking also. I will go try the turning and see if i hear a noise. i'll guess i'll be listening not seeing.....hehe
