Question about carbon fiber trunk lids

Do they come with license plate lights? Looking on JDMshits website it looks like there isn't.

If they don't...isn't that really illegal?

With the VIS hatch and trunk lids, there's holes cut out for the factory plate lights.

if there arent any holes cut out for you jus get a drill and make the holes yourself . not to hard to do but for the price of a CF hatch id prefer to purchase one thats ready to go w/o needing modifications
