Default GSR very loose

I have a 2000 teg GSR and recently when going off/on ramps, it seems too loose (oversteer). I checked the sway bar and bushings, and they seem fine. I did also recently notice a clicking/thump sound sometimes when coming to a stop. The car has 72k miles with stock struts/shocks, and eibach springs. Does this mean my struts/shocks are blown? any help would be appreciated since the car did spun around when it was raining once.

you'll know if your shocks are blown if you hit a bump and your car has sort of a slow bounce to it... also give them a visual inspection, make sure no fluid is or was leaking...

Check your alignment especially for rear toe out.
