Default B18a swap in ek question

Ok I have a b18a1 block no sensors and PR4-1 head with no sensors and was wondering if I can use some of the sensors on my civic 98 d16y7 non-vtec, and if I can use the sensors witch can I use.

There's really not a lot of parts that you'll be able to switch over off of the Y7. If you stay OBD2 or go OBD1 you'll be able to reuse your injectors, MAP, and IAT sensor if you keep it in the intake tube (you'll need to block-off the hole in the B18 manifold though) that's really about it.
With the block you'll need an OBD2 oil pump and Crank fluctuation sensor (if staying OBD2), oil sending unit and coolant temp switch. Although it would be best to relocate the coolant temp to the thermostat housing by changing that out to a 94+ Integra thermostat housing with sensor so you don't have to rewire it - not necessary but better and cleaner looking IMO.
No matter what, you're going to have to get a B series throttle body with TPS and an IACV. The older B18A manifold isn't that great so now would be the time to upgrade to a 94-95 LS or a good aftermarket replacement.
