The stupid book diagram is a liar. Anyways.

I took off the two screws by the wheel, the bolts underneight... there were 3 behind the radiator I got. I honstly don't see any more.

It wobbles and ****, but I can tug on it and I can not find out where any more fasteners would be. Can anybody help.

Any secret bolts?

oh yea 89 hatchback dx stock eveything

 

it appears that there are bolts behind the turn signal lights too.

i count 10 scews and bolts to take it off

 

if those are the ones i just looked at.. They are phillips head, size of a quater, from the bumper to a peice of metal, and stripped really bad + rusted to hell.

and the metal its connected to is loose and moves as freely as the bumper

Those are the ones keeping it on.

wrong those attach the bumper cover to the bumper, they can stay in place.

there are 2 under each bumper light, of course the lower ones (cant remember how many, i cut that thing off), 2 in each fender well. pry the bumper out and forward in the fenderwell (to get it around the mounts it bolts to) and it should fall off.

ok I was afraid to pry too much b/c it was bending a peice of the body. I am taking that piece off in the morning and then I will tug on the bumper harder.
