02-up hard top on 00-01 s2k?

can you put a newer top on an older s2k? the reason im asking is because i want the rear defrosters

He wants defroster, which means he's going to need a button and the wiring.

Yes, they will all fit the only differnace is the defrost plug and in the later years 04-05 they came with cheaper front catchers.
