c-west front and rear bumpers vs stock bumpers with type r lips on civic ek

guys please tell me which of these looks better in your opinion and will it look good with stock side skirts? and another thing which wonders me - which one will be closed to the ground - stock bumper with lip or c-west bumper?

yeah but to compare two different cars with two different bumbers you have to bear in mind that they may have different kinds of suspension and so on.
