Bazooka 200 watt 8" powered sub
Does anyone have or has anyone heard the Bazooka 200 watt 8" powered sub? I want to keep things light in the car, and this looked like it might do the job. Could anyone give some feedback?
Thanks,
Jon

I'm not looking for throbbing/slumping base.... I'm just after some more punch than the stock setup. It needs to hit a lit more. Will the bazooka accomplish this?
The only other route i was considering was an 8" JL w3 with a custom enclosure and amp... but I was thinking that might be a lot heavier? Would there be a tremendous difference in sound?

Yes it would be, [the JL] somewhat better bass, and a lot heavier, if all you are doing is adding some "punch" to a stock setup, then go with Bazooka

I don't need an aftermarket headunit to hook the bazooka up to do I? I was planning on keeping it all stock except for a Dension Icelink for my iPod, and the powered sub. Would this work?
