d16y7 to d16y8 head swap....question about knock sensor
is there a spot for a knock sensor on the d16y8 head....also is there a knock sensor on the d16y7 and is it the same as the d16y8

the d16y7 is tapped on the rear of the block in the identical spot as the d16y8 for the knock sensor. There is no knock sensor on a y7. Y8 knock sensor is on the rear of the block.
