which is faster? poorman's type r or lsvtec?

i have a friend that's poorsman type r and i would like to know which was faster? lsvtec or poorsman type r?

but since you ask,with my poor r setup in dx coupe i walked on a friends lsvtec hf crx....both stock internals...
