all about civic egs

welll not all about just one question...do eg hatchs trunks open down and up.....what i mean is does the glass open upwards and the bottom door down?

I got no pics but here how it work. You pop the rear hatch with the handle inside and the glass pops out a bit from the bottom. You pull it upwards then grab the lower hatch and pull it down. There you go and you have something to sit on. hahaha unless you installed a cf hatch like my friend and broke it. That moron.

lol, speaking of that rear glass, and since i didnt want to start another thread, both of my hydraulics are fucked, so the glass doesnt stay up, can i buy them anywhere or are they a dealer only part?

TwinTurboCivic you can ask any question you like as long as you have that signature.

Seriously though where else should he ask the question? It's a general Civic question that's more valid than the damn LV/VTEc questions and "Should I turbo my D-Series or go B-Series?" tired-*** questions.

How does a question so simple as this grow this big? His question was answered in the first reply.

All 92-95 Civic 3dr Hatchbacks open 50/50. The glass goes up, the tailgate goes down.

[/QUOTE Nah the lower pic is from a 96 and up civic. EF and EK civics opened up that way. EG's are the only civic hatchbacks that opened up glass up hatch down. I like it that way better
