Default Spark Plugs and Exhaust manifold for 97 LS

ok guys i need some help here im going to buy some new spark plugs but i want the TOP OF THE LINE. could someone tell me what the best choice would be?? and also i am going to change out my exhaust system, exhaust manifold and all. could someone tell me what type of manifold and what exhaust system is the best. this is for a 97 LS

header IMO comptech all the way, exhuast i wouldn't go larger the 2.5 in its not needed, and anyone will work, i personally have an apexi N1 exhuast and it sounds deep, back when i was n/a, now with the turbo i sound like a wrx out the tail pipe, header let me know man i got one just sitting here, waiting for a new home as u already know! i will hook u up!

how does 300 shipped sound, i have the orginal box, carb stamp, and still has about 6 months manufacture warrenty

apexi N1 exhuast really nice sounding exhuast a little bit on the louder side, but not ricey sounding

i think u can get it for like 470 give or take anythin more then that is too expensive

Good deal man...take this guy up on his offer...As for plugs you should consider either the NGK Iridiums...great plug with a cheaper price than the NGK Laser Platinums...or the NGK Laser Platinums...I've never used them myself but I hear they are good...but then again they better be for $10.00 a plug...
