sunroof help

my sunroof wont open electrically or with the little tool provided think its motor on one side how do i fix and how can i get it open??

what is the little tool u are talking about? can u use it to shut the sunroof?

Can't use the allen wrench slot to get it open either? You may have to drop your existing sunroof track and install a new one.

its the allen wrench tool that comes with the car and it wont open so i dont kno if it will shut it

Could be jammed, or rusted. Who knows? You'll have to remove some interior panels, then the headliner, and drop the sunroof track to find out what's going on
