I was going to replace my ignition coil today with a high output io, however, when i removed the distributors cap.. i couldnt figure out how to remove the rotor that turns with the plugs.. i didnt want to mess with it much however i couldnt find anyway to remove it. Anybody have any insight?

 

there's a screw that holds the rotor to the distributor shaft... it's easiest to remove when the screw is on top... if you can't see it, you need to crank the motor so it moves into position
