i have 95 se teggy. in the morning when i put into drive it slams into gear. the only time it does not slam into gear is when i let the car warm up.and i flushed the tranny out like 6 months ago ,and the car slammed into gear ever since i got .

 

if there are no other symptoms, check your motor mounts...specifically your rear mount or front torque mounts.

 

If you are describing an auto tranny, it might just be because your high idle at warmup is causing it to hammer into gear. If your car is sitting at a higher idle, it stands to reason it will hit into gear harder when you switch to reverse or drive.
Does it do it when you are at a 750 rpm idle?

My car does this, but i need new tranny mounts, im associating the problem w/ this.
