Not knowing the year / model of your Honda, I can only speculate.
I would suspect lower or upper inner control arm bushings (most likely)
worn lower ball joint (less probable)
Check these first.
If this is a third (3d) generation Accord or earlier, this isn't an uncommon failure (it seems to be a constant battle of ball joint and bushing failures).
If it is fourth (4th) generation or later, this is not as common
In both cases it stands having it looked at

also chk the upper shock (strut ) mount. , upper ball joint ,i have seen a few of those break
As a suggestion,,,, i would not drive the car if i were you ,there definatelly is a broken suspension part ..
