1st
it had a sir front end on it that I had already sold for $300
2nd
in cali there is this stupid new law, if you dont pay, you are held liable for all fees and they will take you to court and sue you for it, it doesn't even matter how crappy your car is or if it was stolen and you are dead broke at the time like I was they couldn't help you. I would try to fight but the owner of the company was the recent mayor of the city, thats a fair fight.

are you going to take care of smog? its state law that the seller is responsible for a smog check when he/she sells the car
