Default Major setback with h22 swap wiring

Ok so we are racking are brains trying to figure this out. So we know that using the accord wiring harness is the best and most pain free way to go. However the problem is is that the harness from the accord will hook up everywhere except to the distributor on the h22. The computer connections are different and will not hook together. So what do we do cut one off the other and splice it and then connect it using the accord connections spliced onto the prelude wiring? We really need your help. I havent had a car for 3 weeks and i need to get the show on the road, thanks in advance.

In the accord dizzy plug you open it before the plug and you take the 2 big wires (If I remember right yellow and black and something else) and tie them together and the little one you just cap off. that should get you going.

with the ECU... your car is a 97, correct? your ECU may be OBD1, instead of OBD2. you can either get a conversion harness, or get an OBD2 ecu.

I think he's just having a problem converting the harness from External Coil to Internal coil. If so. H22A_CD5 Is right on the money.

yeah... for the coil splice the yellow and a yellow/black wires together. green wire is useless.

now is this an obd1 motor going into an obd2 car? if it is you gotta do some wire extending with the crank angle sensor...
