dumb ? do you wear an apron in the shop?
kinda wanting one due to the fact that a lot of the time ill just stop in my garage wearing street clothes and work, and get them dirty. i want one with a logo of some sort of relevant company on it, that comes down to the waist, and has 3 pockets along the bottom.
when i used to work in a bicycle shop we always wore them and they were cool.

thats what i was referring to BTW. i used to wear that kind, but in black whe i worked at the bicycle shop. theyre really convenient.

aprons suck i use to wear one til it cought the side mirror on my rex and ripped it off. now i wear bibbs like dickies or carhartt.

have you thought about a shop coat. i wear one around the shop when i do little stuff.

i use sleeves with a bib type attachment , i don't ususally use the bib thing. i also have a set of chaps.
only time i use anything more than long sleeved cotton shirt and carharrts is when i'm doing 6010, or mig overhead.

I bet mcmaster-carr would have some.
You can go to thrift stores and find the one piece jump suits if your really gonna get dirty.
I've been wearing a large "shop coat" when ever I do any porting...*%#@! metal slivers. Similar to a doctors coat but dark blue, heavier material and hapens to say valvoline on it. lol.
