SiR ek9 wiring question
I pulled the motor in the pic below today, holy ****! It was my first solo motor pull and it was a pain in my ***. Question is, which wires do I NEED, I tried to keep all the wire bundles intact as best as possible. I will be putting this in a 95 hatch when I get back to the states, no AC so any wires that are used for that I will not need, but if someone could tell me which bundles I DO need or even better just point them out on the pic, that would be great!
Just try to keep the engine wiring harness in-tacked that's pretty much it.

Looks like someone is stripping a B16 for a stateside car. I am at Yokota, anyway.. Most important factor - what kind model civic is this B16 going in? I had a VX hatch that a used the factory harness (D15Z1) with a B series motor. I wouldnt worry about taking wires out of your donor car if you dont have to. I doubt anyone would have a schematic of exactly what you needed to keep when stripping a harness.

Air Force? Me too, yeah I am stripping the car to take back to the states, I don't really know which car it will be going into yet. Which would be the easiest, prob an 95 hatch VX? That would be great if the factory harness for D15Z1 will work, can anyone confirm this ( not to doubt you EK-Chris) just want somemore info into this swap using the D15 harness. Thanks EK-Chris

You will most likely reuse the wiring harness that the usdm car will have. The harness on that Jdm Car will basically just be used for plugs only.
You can reuse only the spark plug wires

those harnesses are still useable...those plugs can be your best friend later on in life....so keep the harness intact for you to take from later!
keep the engine bay wires there the ones that conect at the towers in the engine bay, just unplug them. if you do this you keep the new distributer altenater fuel injectors and so on. the b16 wire harness should plug into the towers on the hatch then you have to run the knock sensor, o ya if the car you got the harness from is RHD then you have to extend some wires just make sure you use solder no crimping.
