TL/CL hids in a 96 civic coupe?

I was told that this is possible but I want to know has anyone done this? If so how difficult is it? Please no retrofitting projectors ideas I'm not Mcguyer and I can't afford to pay someone to do it either. Thanks in advance

You'll have to retrofit any hid projectors into your headlights no matter what. If your not looking to retrofit, there are plug n play kits available but I heard those are illegal now in some states, not sure.
