Default adjusting my cluster?

im looking to buy a 99 CTR cluster...the one i was looking into getting has about 407 miles on it. (i want to put it into my 97 ek)

This might seem like a ridiculous question to ask but is it possible to match the 111 750 kilometers my car currently has to the new cluster when i get it?

I know that crooked mechanics and car dealerships can roll back the mileage on a car but can i roll up the mileage to match my own??? or do i just have to remember the old mileage and measure it from there?

you see how this question can seem ridiculous???

probably could just swap odometers.. also if u dont plan on selling the car with the cluster...jsut drive it with the ctr cluster and if u wanna sell it put the old one back in and tell them how many miles to add
