All motor
How important is it to have after market header on a mild N/A motor? i.e-b18c1, stage 3 cams, intake, valve train, apexi vafc. And what brand would anyone suggest?

Well you only have one header, but I think you need to do quite a lot of research before you put together a motor with any of those components if your asking how important the header is. Welcome to HT though
