H22 auto tensioner to manual tensioner conversion?

H22 auto tensioner to manual tensioner conversion?
Have an Jdm H22a that I am building up. What parts will I need and how is this conversion done. Is this something I should do, or keep the auto tensioner? What are the pros and cons of this if there are any.
