New to road racing...i was wonder if there are any races around the New England Area?
I really want to get into road racing. I live in the Boston MA area. I would really appreciate it if anyone could give me some information on tracks/races around here. Thank you
Looking at your cars, or previous cars, I'd first say do some autocrossing in a bone stock car and get as much instruction as you can. It's going to be quite a change from what you've done with your previous....cars.

Lime Rock - http://www.limerock.com - Lakeville, CT

New England Region SCCA is a good place to start:

Most of the Northeast SCCA racing is covered on http://www.nescca.com
The SCCA RR season is winding down up here. The last NHIS event was this past weekend. I think there is something at Lime Rock in the next weekend or so, and there is an event at Watkins Glen in mid-October.
For SCCA Autocross, there is an event in Ayer, MA on October 8th.
Do some searching on getting started in Road Racing so you have a realistic idea of what kind of budget it takes. I spend $600 a weekend on entry fee, garage, and gas. That doesn't count original race car, tow vehicle and trailer purchase, body damage, consumables (tires and brake pads), and since I stay at home it doesn't include hotel cost. Many people are closer to the $1000 range per weekend. If that scares you, try autocross for a while and/or crew for an existing car, or work the races (corners, T&S, grid, tech) to see what it's all about. There are many ways to get involved.
Good luck.
