Does anyone know where to get a head unit that has a pop up screen and mp3 capable, also without loosing the navigation system?? Pioneer offer one for around 1500.00 and is a touch screen, but it looses voice control in the navi..... any info would be great....thanks

 

You may want to look at something like this and then just add the the MP3 and DVD to it. http://mobile.jlaudio.com/prod...id=79 I don't know of any other way to do it other then replacing the whole oem system, [navigation included] 94

Forgive my ignaorance but, i would still need a sreen and head unit with that , correct?? The factory head unit doesn't look like its replacable, in includes half the dash...

 

Yes you would need to plug in another HU into the AUX input of the JL unit, that said, I am sure there is a way to use the oem screen for the video feed, here is a possible product, http://www.staub.ca/products/vcigm1_flyer.pdf and there are others, [new stuff coming every day] on this one instead of back up camera it would be a video feed, that way you could just install a remote DVD/MP3 player 94
