Default Rubbing and click sound coming from RH wheelwell

I took the wheel off to see if theres anything it's rubbing against though I don't know enough about suspensions to tell. It seems to have a rubbing sound and clicks at regular intervals at lower speeds. (under 30)

The control arm was recently replaced but it looks like everythings running fine.

Any Ideas?

How old are the axles? Are the axle boots leaking?

That's my guess.

Both AndyD and pentaq have good suggestions. Is your car lowered? If so it can cause both of these too go out quicker than usual. If it is happening when you are going straight and when turning I would think it was your ball joints but I would check both if I were you.
