how much power can a stock h22 lsd hold the reason i asking is i am turboing my h22

If you mean the torsen diff avail on some jdm preludes - then you're looking in the neighborhood of 275-300whp.

If you mean the stock, oem, open diff on usdm preludes...well, you aren't really limited, from what I've seen.
