Default gonna get rims, and i need some info

i hav a 93 prelude with stock rims and i was thinking of getting new rims, my friend reccomends i get 17s but my other friend said 16s, so i was wondering what would be better to go with?

most will tell ya 16s are best performance wise. get what ya like tho. im running 17" racing hart evo s13s. its not like youll notice a difference daily driving tho. itll make a difference in your drag times tho

so for daily driving 17s and 16s dont matter much rite? i juss want good handling and some long treadlife if possible

doesn't really matter, depends on what you're going to do with the car.

for driving to work, no difference. maybe tire prices, and that's about it.

what wheels you buy depends on what you like, what your budget is, etc. wheels can cost anywhere from 100 a wheel to 600 a wheel. tires can be had at tirerack.com or america's tire company/discount tire.

if you decide you like imitation rims and want to get some rotas, http://www.jlbmotorsports.com is the place to go. good deals on rotas + tire packages.

as far as lowering goes, you dont HAVE to. but from my own personal aesthetic point of view, it's better to have a lowered car on stock rims, than a stock height car on 17's.

how low should i lower it? im sorry i dont no too much about cars, i juss recently found that my tires are balding on the inside, i think it might hav something to do with the car accident i had, it might of messed up my suspension im not sure
