Default Crower 403 on 9:1 CR

I've got Crower 403s on my B20B.
Here's the setup:
ITR TB
ITR IM
RC 440cc
ITR head
OEM 3 ply gasket
B20B block, stock pistons
Hondata

Compression on the gauge is 210 lbs./ft. Maybe around 9:1...
Here's the result of the dyno:

My car has been tuned from mid to high RPM and also low to mid RPM.
My HP powerband is pretty ok, but not that high.
I noticed my torque curve isnt so good.
Could it be the Crower 403s needing compression?
I know I can bump higher hp's with better compression, but I want to maintain the low compression with my stock pistons, cuz it serving me well.
I've got another set of Spoon cams, maybe this would be better (especially with my low compression)...

u stop making power at around 8000 rpms, so dont rev ur motor past 8200 rpms. once u bump the compression up u will gain alot more HP. i tuned a B20/VTEC with a stock B20Z block, 1st Gen B16 head, Skunk2 Stage 2 cams, stock IM and it made 186whp and 138 ft-lbs. bumping the compression to like 11.5:1, this motor can see well over 200whp.
bump the compression and u should be in the 190whp

I dont rev it above 8krpm (usually). No point to it.
I know the B20Z has slightly greater compression than my B20B.
Bumping my compression with hi comp pistons isnt an option NOW cuz I just built it.
Changing cams would be easier. You think using Spoon cams would give better numbers for this type of compression I have now?

Thin the HG, maybe have them take a bit off the head... get the compression up there

I doubt changing cams will do much of anything, B20b compression is so low that your only real option is to bump compression to make more power.

Get a thinner head gasket and mill the head a bit and maybe even get flat-bottom valves..U really need compression to get power out of bigger cams.
