Try a sleeved 84mm ls/v 11.5:1 compression, good cams/intake/header/exhaust and an ITR tranny then tune and you'll be happy.

Integras are heavy enough to start, you dont want to go throwing an H22 into it weighing it down even more.

Build a B18 wether its a gsr or ls-v. If you are really going to build the motor i would say piece together an ls-vtec from bottom to top, building it as you go along.

Whatever you do, all of your options have been done on here before so search.

if the car is going to be heavy, add a couple more pounds and get the h22.....

torque and hp will make more difference than the weight.....fully built b series hit around 220whp and at the most 170 wtq.....there are b series motors that are making way bigger numbers, but those guys are spending huge money....

you can take the h and do cams and rmf header and be throwing down the same numbers with WAY better midrange....

I say go for the h22 especially with a B16 tranny. The amount of hp n tq they make is impressive. And isnt the difference between the h22 n B18 about 60lbs? thats not alot. And at that, isnt the placement of the weight whats important???
