VAFC2 + SOHC ...really worth it?

i was lookin into it for my D16y8...is it really worth the 300?

if by stock u mean Intake and Exhaust (thats all i done so far...AEM cold air and high flow cat w/ 2.25 piping w/ N1 muffler) so yea i guess thats stock...just wondering..

yes youre stock. havent done anything to the motor like boost, n2o or cam/compression changes. so no dont waste your $$
