go to best buy and get it they have the plugs there.. and for the second plug it's probaly for a cd changer so you won't really need it

maybe honda? just to get the plug.. then find the pinout for the plug. or.. you can go to a junk yard and grab the entire wiring harness for any 99-up honda and mate it to a pre-98 wire harness adapter(sold at stores that sells automotive audio stuff)

he needs the harness that goes into the back of the radio (male), the only harness's they sell at an audio store are to mate a aftermarket radio to the orginal harness (female)

http://www.the12volt.com that is all you need /thread

EDIT: I even went there for you and found the wiring colors

Constant 12V+ Blue/White
Switched 12V+ Yellow/Red
Ground Black
Illumination Red/Black
Dimmer n/a
Antenna Driver's Pillar
Front Speakers 6 1/2" Doors
Left Front (+) Blue
Left Front (-) Gray/Black
Right Front (+) Red/Green
Right Front (-) Brown/Black
Rear Speakers 6" x 9" Rear Deck
Left Rear (+) Blue/Yellow
Left Rear (-) Gray/White
Right Rear (+) Red/Yellow
Right Rear (-) Brown/White

A rule of thumb for honda stock speaker wiring Blue's/Red's are always positive

he needs a "repair" harness (male) for a 99-00 civic, which plugs into the back of his new deck. next, he needs a standard aftermarket radio harness (female) that plugs into the car's radio harness. match the wires in the two new harnesses, and everything is plug and play. the two harnesses shouldn't cost more than $30 from any decent car stereo shop.

^^^^ didn't think about that, because you are using the stock radio. Yeah go to best buy or a mom/pop stereo shop and they should have an aftermarket OEM typr male plug. Then just wire it up with the above diagram

One of those spots is probably for a factory changer. Been a while since I worked car stereo.

No, I described to them what I needed. I even bought in the radio. They said I had to buy the whole harness. BTW, how did you find the part number for that piece?

I just went to the dealership told them i needed a radio theft repair harness and thats what I got. Give them the part number from that picture and they should be able to get it for you.
